Pada sebuah pembangkit listrik tenaga pikohidro (PLTH) diperlukan kontrol beban konsumen supaya generator tidak mengalami kerusakan akibat stabilnya tegangan dan arus keluaran generator. Electronic load control (ELC) merupakan pilihan untuk mengatur tersebut. Namun, ELC di pasaran menggunakan konfigurasi ballast dengan pengendalian yang memanipulasi gelombang masukannya besarnya ballast, sehingga berakibat pada tingginya harmonisa. Harmonisa gangguan sistem ketenagalistrikan berdampak buruk bagi Sehingga, dalam penelitan ini memiliki tujuan merancang simulator PLTH harmonisa lebih kecil metode menggabungkan kombinasi biner phase angle. Dari pengujian didapatkan hasil bahwa maksimal adalah sebesar 210 W digunakan 3 buah lampu dimana 1 bernilai 25 W, 2 50 100 utama 200 angle W. Dengan rancangan tersebut, dapat bekerja baik dibuktikan parameter stabil 215 V A. Pengujian menunjukkan mampu mereduksi 3% tereduksi 13,1% dibandingkan pabrikan.
